Talk Tobacco provides culturally specific, free and confidential support and information about quitting smoking or vaping. Program services were created with input and guidance from First Nations, Inuit and Métis partners, community members and healthcare providers. They have bilingual and interpreter services in over 16 Indigenous languages. Open 7 days a week (except statutory holidays). They offer phone, text, online community support.

 

SMAT (Short messages against tobacco) by Canadian Cancer Society

This app from the Canadian Cancer Society offers support for tobacco cessation with SMS for 24 weeks. It's more than just automatic messages. It's continuous support to help you quit smoking, anytime, anywhere. They send you advice according to the quit date and the situation to accompany the quitting process.
